Service Agreement
By booking a junk removal appointment with Junk Removal Silverdale WA, you agree to the terms below. These terms cover how quotes, scheduling, and payment work for every job we take on.
Quotes & Payment
- All quotes are given on-site, in writing, before any work begins
- The quoted price is final unless the scope of the job changes after you approve it
- Payment is due upon completion of the job, cash, credit card, or check accepted
- No hourly billing; every job is a flat, agreed-upon price
Appointments & Cancellations
We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. Same-day and next-day slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until confirmed by phone.
What We Will and Won't Haul
We cannot legally accept hazardous materials, including paint, oil, gas, and household chemicals. Kitsap County's Household Hazardous Waste Facility handles those items. We reserve the right to decline an item on-site if it falls outside what we can legally or safely transport.
Insurance & Property
